Hidden Life Lessons in a Kaleidoscope

How changing your perspective can change the entire picture.

When we choose to be open to viewing our circumstances from a different angle, it’s amazing how that can change the whole picture. 

Kaleidoscopes contain mirrors and pieces of colored glass that provide reflections and produce changing patterns when the kaleidoscope is rotated by the viewer.

A slight turn of the kaleidoscope changes the entire colorful design.

A slight turn in our perspective, like the reflective surfaces of the mirrors, can enable a fresh new view of our experiences.

No matter our age or developmental level, we can become tunnel focused with our perspectives and mindset.

Having a fixed mindset can lead to missed opportunities, resistance to change, poor performance, and regret.

If we are open to learning and growing as human beings, we have more of a willingness to slightly alter our perspectives. 

A willingness to grow our perspective and mindset can lead to improved innovation, confidence, and the ability to work through challenges successfully.  Additionally, fostering a growth mindset enhances deeper communication and greater resilience.
